I searched all online and couldn't find a charger for my fluxx hoverboard because the hoverboard I got needed a specific charger. First I bought the Gotrax brand but afterwards, I read all the ratings and thought it was going to be bad because I saw the reviews saying how unreliable it was. I prayed and it came in 5 days as it said it would and now I have a working charger for my hoverboard :). I don't know why everyone rated it so badly because I honestly think that it is good and trustworthy. I think their customer service is trustworthy and reliable. It works just like my old hoverboard charger and I can now take a few laps around my house on the hoverboard.

I bought Rival (exclusive for Walmart) e-scooter from Walmart not from their website. After a month, I had battery issue. Basically, the battery started to drain faster than before. Then I created a ticket on the customer support page on their website. It says that they could reply in 2-3 business days, but in reality They replied to me within hours. They asked for pictures of the battery and my receipt from Walmart. Finally, they sent me a brand new replacement battery under a warranty (free). I mean this company stands behind its products and supports the customers. I also would like to say that the products’ quality is the same as the pricey well-known scooter brands.

Had a flat tire on my e bike within two weeks of purchasing it. Called them up, went their same day and the tire was replaced in less than 2 hours. Fantastic and very friendly service. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I owe them a coffee.
