"Good price for what you get"
I ended up buying my scooter from gotrax.com after looking around at a bunch of other places. The price was better than most of what I found, and shipping wasn’t one of those ridiculous add-ons that suddenly makes the deal not worth it.

For the money, it feels like a solid buy. It’s not some luxury scooter, and I wasn’t expecting it to be, but it rides smoothly and handles my short trips just fine. Common sense-wise, if you want something practical without overpaying, this does the job

"Really easy to fold up and take around"
I got my Gotrax mostly for quick rides to work, and uh, it’s been really convenient so far. It folds down fast and I can fit it in my trunk without having to wrestle with it. I also carry it up the stairs to my apartment and it’s manageable. Definitely makes short trips a lot easier. Happy with it.

I end up riding home after work often, and the lights on my GoTrax have actually been really helpful. Cars seem to spot me earlier, and I can see cracks and rough spots in the road a lot better than I expected. I’m not saying they’re perfect or anything, but night rides definitely feel safer now. No real complaints so far.

I ordered from gotrax.com it was straightforward. I found the scooter without any hassle, and I kind of assumed checkout might take a bit like it usually does on some sites, but it was quick. My order confirmation came through right away too, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Pretty easy to assemble, I think"
Putting this together was straightforward and didn’t take very long. The instructions were clear enough for the most part, though I did second-guess myself on one step and had to go back and check it again. I’d say it took around 25 minutes total, maybe a little less. I probably would’ve given it 5 stars if the included tools were a bit better

My Gotrax gets up to speed fast, and it handles smaller hills better than I expected. The motor feels solid for everyday rides, so I’m happy with that part. I will say getting everything ready and figuring it out took more effort than I wanted, which was kind of annoying, but once I’m actually riding it, no real complaints so far.

"Finally, an app that didn’t make me fight with it"
I was expecting the usual headache where nothing connects and I end up wasting half my day trying to figure out what I did wrong. But my gotrax scooter paired with the app in like 2 minutes, which was a nice surprise for once. Bluetooth found it right away and, thankfully, it hasn’t been dropping the connection on me like other stuff usually does. I mostly just use it to check the battery and change a couple settings before I ride. It’s nothing fancy, but it actually works, and at this point that’s all I’m asking for. Happy with it so far.

"Brakes are fine, but I expected a little more"
I’ve had my Gotrax scooter for a few weeks now, and overall it rides well. The brakes are okay on flat streets, and I haven’t had any scary moments or anything, but it definitely takes a little more room to stop than I thought it would...

When I’m going downhill or the pavement is wet, I don’t feel quite as sure about them. I’ve started braking earlier and riding a bit more carefully just to be safe. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish the brakes felt stronger, especially in those situations...

"Got the hang of it on the first ride"
The first time I took it out, I was expecting to fiddle with the controls more than I actually had to. But once I got going, the dashboard made everything obvious. I could glance down and see my speed and battery without having to slow down or dig through any confusing menus. The buttons were simple too, just easy to understand and right where I needed them. By the end of that first ride, I already felt like I knew my way around it. It worked pretty much exactly how I hoped it would.

My gotrax scooter does get up to the top speed here and there, but it doesn’t really hold it for long. Even riding on flat streets it’ll slow down a little out of nowhere. Not a huge deal, I can still use it for quick rides, just thought the speed would be a bit more consistent.

"Honestly a Comfy Ride"
I’ve been using my GoTrax scooter for short rides around town and it’s been Way smoother than I thought it would be. You still feel some bumps here and there, but they’re not super harsh or annoying. My legs don’t feel worn out after riding, which is a Big plus. So far, it’s been really comfortable for everyday little trips

"Solid Battery and Easy to Use"
I got my Gotrax a few weeks ago and it’s been great so far. I ride it to work and back, which is about 6 miles total, and I literally still have battery left when I get home. The range feels close to what they advertise, unless I’m dealing with a bunch of hills. Charging it is simple too. No major complaints i’ve been happy with it.

"Okay ride, but support felt impersonal"
It rides fine overall, and I liked it at first, but after a few months the battery didn’t feel like it was holding up as well and the brakes started feeling worn. When I tried getting help, I kind of felt like just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. Not a terrible experience, but definitely disappointing.
